From I-40, take the exit onto Pellissippi Parkway, towards Maryville (south). Take the exit onto Kingston Pike West. After the traffic light at Fort Sanders, continue about 1/2 mile on Kingston Pike. Turn left on Lovell Heights Road, just after the TVA Credit Union, and before National Car Wash. The Strang Senior Center is the brick building on the right, just past the car wash. (If you reach the Walgreens at the intersection of Kingston Pike and Lovell Road, you've gone about 1/2 mile too far west.)
